Simple and effective
There are a couple simple but extremely powerful upgrades about to be rolled out over the next few weeks.
The most obvious change will be the feature that just about every user, will be impacted by, that is the way that you add files/attachments or images has been improved. In the past when you clicked on add image the whole page refreshed, now when you add an image or an attachment and in-line form opens allowing you to enter the details. We’ve also simplified the choices you have, so if you just want to add a number of files with no special comments attachments you can do that in a few clicks. If you want to use the advanced features such as adding a personalised message to colleagues or teammates giving your attachment a special title, those options are still available under the advanced options button.
The left-hand navigation bar we recently introduced a rather grand feature called “the independent scrolling of the left-hand navigation bar”, basically this just means that you never loose your place, if you’re scrolling down a long list of folders and documents!
Because people are storing more more information on club rail line, we’ve now introduced an A-Z sort, on your list of folders, you can even sort the folders within appropriate if you wish!
We are plenty more enhancements in the pipelines and because our product is cloud based we will continue to work with them policy of continuous development and rollout at no cost to users.
