Fully Managed File Sharing

We recognise that in today’s working environment many clients need to provision a data room or file sharing service for their projects, sometimes at very short notice and with a number of requirements that are unique to the individual project concerned. Sometimes projects have a large number of team members and contributors and their access rights need to be carefully managed. Storage requirements, training and support needs also vary from project to project.

In order to address these needs we have launched our “Managed Service” which allows clients to provision a service quickly and securely with a minimum of their own hands-on involvement.

Furthermore, the ongoing service can be tailored to their requirements with regard to levels of support and maintenance, management of users, content, storage space and user access rights.

Even though the service is completely “configurable” in the interests of speed and accessibility users can sign up for the project online and be up and running within a few seconds. Subscribers will initially be appointed a senior adviser and once their requirements are understood a dedicated account manager will be available to provide hands on support and management as required.

• Disk space–Unlimited* (*Initial disk space provided at 50 GB (may be increased in 10 GB units at a cost of +£5 per month)
• Dedicated – Account Manager, available for ongoing support throughout the year, adding users, creating folders/projects, managing user permissions and adding content as required*.
• One-day on-site project consultancy, or setup support or training service (within the UK) included.
• Set Up Fee- £1500
• Monthly Charge £99 p.m. (includes 50GB Disc Space)
• Account manager, hands-on assistance included up to 24 hours (e.g. 2 hours per month) , charged in half-hour increments to be used as and when required in any 12 month period
