Please see below a detailed list of all System modifications due for release at EOD on the 29th of February. These modifications are package specific so they may not be available to all users.

1. Native Documents
The ability for users to attach a native document to any file at upload. This document will remain attached as the file moves through workflows and around the systems folder the structure.
The native file is not subject to revision management, and currently is not viewable via the “Drawing Viewer.”
2. Export with Encryption and Activity Audit
This feature allows users to download a PDF file with a special export button that will encrypt this file with a password preventing it from being edited without corrupting the corruption. Additionally, this export will come with a CSV format of all activities relating to the specific file.
3. Duplications Blocker
This feature, when an able prevents any file that has the same file name from being uploaded to the system. To avoid any duplicated files.
Changes to the PDF Drawing Viewer
4. Label Markup
Each markup made against a PDF is now labelled with the users name that created the mark up.
5. Download Document with Markup
The ability to download files with markup on. These markups are edited onto the actual PDF file and can be viewed and printed external to Collabor8Online.
6. Notes Against Markup
It is now possible to make notes against individual markups within the drawing viewer.
7. Toggle Mark Up On and Off
The ability for users to select which mark ups they wish to view within the drawing viewer. These can be toddled off individually from the right-hand bar.

8. New Revision Incrimination Types
These new incrementation types can be defined withing each document type.
Numeric Alpha
1A, 1B, 1C, 1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2
BIM Style
P01, P02, P03, C01, C02, C03
9. Documents Type Specific User Defined Fields
Users can customise their defined fields dependent on document type. These define fields can be configured in various ways, including a new drop-down functionality, forcing users to either select from predefined answers within the drop-down options, or having the data automatically defined by the “File Name Analyser”.
10. Mandatory Fields Defined at Document Type
Can configure specific fields to be mandatory dependent on document type. Once these fields are defined as mandatory users must complete these meta data fields that upload either by use of the file name, analyser, or by manually, inserting the relevant data.
11. Multiple File Name Analyser Configurations
It is now possible to have a bespoke “File Name Analyser” configuration for each document type within every project. For example, you can have a set up for all drawings on project A and a separate configuration for oh, your drawings in project B. additionally, you could have a configuration for all AutoCAD drawings and a separate one for PDF drawings within the same project.
