Recommended System Configuration
Default settings with Proofpoint can interfere with both access to the Collabor8online platform and users ability to receive email notifications from the application. We recommend taking the following action to ensure access is not restricted.
White List Domains
All the listed below domains should be whitelisted from within Proofpoint.
Prevent URL Rewrite
Disable setting that allows proof point to rewrite URLs
